Free shipping is available on all orders. Does not include clearance merchandise or shipping outside of our local trading area and is not valid on previous purchases. Furniture assembly not included.
Packaged, ready for assembly and delivered within our local trading area to your front door.
We place all furniture inside the front door of your home or the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building.
Your order can be scheduled 3-9 days after purchase date
9AM – 6PM delivery window. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
You have 1 day to alert us of any damage or defects.
What's not included:
Placing furniture in specific rooms of your house, condominium, or apartment
Unpack or unwrap furniture, removal of packaging materials
Any assembly required.
PREMIUM DELIVERY
Don't lift a finger. Our team will take care of everything, from assembly to cleaning.
DELIVERY TIMES: From 9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday
ASSEMBLY: We will schedule a time for assembly, inspect all products and place all furniture in your preferred environment.
CLEANING: We remove all packaging materials and prepare them for recycling.
What's not included:
We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
Create a clear path and cover exposed floors on delivery day.
You have 1 day to alert us of any damage or defects.
Any damage must be reported to Customer Service within one (1) day of delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. Keep the original box when returning the product.
