Online Refund Policy

You will receive a refund if you cancel your online purchase within three (3) days of purchase. When purchasing a discounted Room Package, refunds or re-selections on package parts will not be permitted after delivery of any items included in the package.

Damage claims
Any damage must be reported to Customer Service within one (1) day of delivery and will require clear photographs, and keeping the item in the original packaging, to arrange appropriate services.

Guarantee
Viva Furniture does not grant or imply guarantees of performance of any products. All warranties provided, if any, are workmanship warranties. Warranty documentation is typically included in the product packaging. Many manufacturers that offer warranties prefer to handle warranty claims directly. Viva Furniture will charge a fee for delivery and/or pickup charges, if incurred, in the course of handling the manufacturer's warranty claim. For quality control and verification purposes, we reserve the right to request photographs of the damaged item(s) before processing a warranty claim. Most manufacturers' warranties include repair or replacement of defective parts.
